Indie Game of the Month: Barely Floating

So I guess posting an indie game weekly didn't work out since I don't really have the time to sit down and play, then write a post for it. So from this entry onward this section is called Indie Game of the Month instead, haha.

So anyway, as we are all aware of (are we?), middle-aged guys are often portrayed as heroes popular culture. Whether they're handsome (I won't put names because it makes me feel gay), smart (Sherlock Holmes), fat (Paul Blart the Mall Cop) or bald (Agent 47), it doesn't matter. They save the day all the time. Same goes with smart kids (infant, even!), cool teenagers and beautiful women. Now, how about old men? Now, that's rare.

Show some manners, dude.

Well, in Barely Floating, one old man is given a shot to be a hero. In this point and click adventure, you play as a medicine-dependent old folk, as he is being held hostage aboard a luxury ship  along with other (often times strange) passengers. It's a decent but short game, and it should provide you around 2 to 3 hours of fun. So, I won't elaborate much. You can download the game right here.
